This plant follows these major steps while cleaning the water:

The raw water is first filtered by sand filters to remove impurities such as bacteria and microorganisms.
Then it goes through reverse osmosis (RO) membranes to remove any remaining impurities.

Process of Working

The plant is designed to fill, cap and seal PET bottles with purified drinking water. The water is supplied by the raw water tank and filtered through a series of filters to remove particulates, chlorine and other impurities.
The purified water enters the filling head of the bottling machine at a constant rate of flow. The filling head consists of a chamber that fills with water, a level sensor that detects when the chamber is full and an air vent that allows air bubbles to escape from the bottle as it fills.
When the desired amount of water has been added to each bottle, the filling head moves down slightly so that it can fill another bottle.
Once all bottles are filled, capped and sealed, they are conveyed out of the bottling machine on a conveyor belt for labelling or stacking.
